How do I contact my academic advisor in Teach Us’ certification program?

To get in touch with your assigned academic advisor for questions around your certification program, please email academicadvising@teachus.com.

How do I log into Populi?

Your login consists of a username and password which you’ll receive once accepted to the program. This is sent to the email provided on your application. View the video How Do I Log in for the First Time for additional guidance.

I have completed the module; can I get access to move to the next module in the course?

Once the current module is graded, the instructor will automatically grant you access to the next module to continue in your course.

I submitted all my coursework, but I don’t have access to my next course yet. Why?

If an assignment grade is pending, you will not get access to the next course until the grade is posted. Access to courses is granted at scheduled times throughout the day: 8 a.m., 4 p.m., and 11 p.m. EST.

How do I purchase a Teach Us professional development course?

You can visit our Professional Development page and choose the appropriate content area to review what courses are available for purchase. Once purchased, immediate access to the course will be granted.

I am experiencing an issue with my test prep course. Who do I contact?

Email helpdesk@teachus.com for any issues/concerns. When you send an email to the help desk, include the following:

  • Your Full Name.
  • The course you’re actively enrolled in.
  • A description of the system issue.
  • A screenshot of the issue.
How can I purchase a test prep course?

To purchase a test prep course, locate your state in the drop-down menu at the top of the webpage and select Test Prep. You can review the list of offered test preparation courses and when you are ready to purchase, select the green Purchase button. If you wish to learn more about that exam, select the Learn More button.

If I need additional help with studying, who can I reach out to?

Teach Us provides tutoring tailored specifically to state certification exams. Our options include live webinars, on-demand self-paced webinars, and personalized 1:1 sessions. To find out if tutoring is available for your certification state, please check your state’s page.
