Email helpdesk@teachus.com for any issues/concerns. When an email is sent to the help desk, include the following:
Full name, the course actively enrolled in, the system issue, and a screenshot of the issue.
How can I purchase a test prep course?
To purchase a test prep course, locate the "Test Prep" drop-down at the top of the webpage and select the state that applies to you. You can review the list of offered test preparation courses and when you are ready to purchase, select the green "purchase" button. If you wish to learn more about that exam, select the "resources" button.
If I need additional help with studying, who can I reach out to?
