  • The second day focuses on understanding student diversity, respecting varied backgrounds and needs. Learn to plan adaptive lessons, addressing diverse skills and interests. Explore the significance of TEKS, evaluate learning goals, and use assessment to guide instructional planning. Gain insights into the design of effective instruction and coherent assessments.  
  • Day three revolves around establishing a positive classroom climate emphasizing collaboration, diversity, and engagement. Learn about the effects of routines and procedures on student learning and implement age-appropriate strategies for managing behavior. Understand how to create an organized, productive learning environment and use technology to enhance instruction.  
  • Conclude the series on the fourth day with a focus effective communication strategies, engage in skilled questioning, and adapt communication to enhance student understanding. Learn to integrate technology into instruction, monitor student performance, and provide timely, high-quality feedback. Understand the importance of family involvement, enhance professional knowledge through collaboration, and adhere to legal and ethical requirements for educators.
